Roads are the main transport network available in Rise of Industry. The player can place them or use the ones already placed by the game.
Types of Roads[]
There are in total of 4 roads available in Rise of Industry.
Dirt Road[]
- This is one of the cheapest road you can buy in Rise of Industry.
- It will cost you $50.00 per tile.
Urban Road[]
- This is the most common road. It is the road cities draw between themselves and with State. It is also the base roads for most calculations and number about speed.
- It will cost you $100.00 per tile.
One-Way Road[]
- The One-Way Road is like the Urban Road but only allows traffic to move in one direction.
- It will cost you $100 per tile.
Track[]
- This will be the most expensive road in Rise of Industry. It can be used to trains from place to place.
- It will cost you $200.00 per tile.
Tunnels and Bridges[]
Tunnels are built to make a road pass under a hill/mountain. It costs the same cost per tile as a normal Road and exists for all road types. Bridges are built to make a road pass over a water tile (and can continue on successive tiles). It costs the same cost per tile as a normal Road and exists for all road types.
