Logistics Network[]
Logistical Networks are the method of which mass amounts of goods are moved from one point on the map to another. When you want to create a Logistical Network you can move Products from one Depot type to another of the same type, not another type. E.g Trucks Depots to Trucks Depots or Train Terminals to Train Terminals. You can also have multiple Logistic Networks of the same type that are not connected that operate separately from each other.
Using Logistic Network
- You need to setup a Logistic Network by placing two Trade Depots within range of the the Warehouse you wish to share Product.
- Ensure the Warehouses are connected to the Trade Depots using a Road.
- Ensure the Trade Depots are connected to each other. E.g. Roads for Truck Depots, Tracks for Train Terminals, etc.
- Open the Warehouse where you want Product to go to.
- Open the Request Tab.
- Click on the [+] button to select the Product(s) you want to be sent.
- Use the + / - to change the amount of to be sent. You can set the Network to continuously send product to the Warehouse or just a one time deal.
- Use the + / - to select the Priority of the Request. Higher priority Requests will be fulfilled before lower ones. The network will stop working on a lower priority Request if a Higher Priority Request appears or needs more product.
- Hit Play on the Request.
You can adjust the priority of a Request in the requesting Warehouse or the Priority Screen.
